Does Anyone Know Where Can Get This Type of Plug-ins?

Does anyone know any plug-ins can turn my own photo into CG-like drawing or 3D model-like drawing? It will still look like me, but with CG-like effect. I meant does any plug-ins or filter effect be able to turn personal photo into CG-drawing WITHOUT any drawing and colouring skill?
